Terms & Conditions By booking your appointment you agree to the following: Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be given a refund. If you wish to cancel, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for canceling your appointment. Reschedules: Re-scheduling may be done by the client 48 hours in advance. If you wish to re- schedule, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for re-scheduling your appointment. No Shows: No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be made and your appointment will not be re-scheduled. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your appointment will be 30 minutes rather than the full 45 minutes). If you are late you will still be charged for the full session. Age: By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
