Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By booking your appointment you agree to the following: Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be given a refund. If you wish to cancel, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for canceling your appointment. Reschedules: Re-scheduling may be done by the client 48 hours in advance. If you wish to re- schedule, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for re-scheduling your appointment. No Shows: No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be made and your appointment will not be re-scheduled. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late. Age: By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
